Plum Blossoms

The work is a metaphoric salute to sunlight, necessary for life (plum blossoms) and a good source for generating electrical power (power pole).

The gold background’s grid format might represent photovoltaic cells, or maybe it’s just a representation of opulence. Too much explanation prevents the viewers’ interpretation of the imagery. The work is meant to be lyrical and open-ended.
