National Television Here We Come!

Since 1984, the Sacred Land Film Project has used film, journalism and education to deepen public understanding of sacred places, indigenous cultures and environmental justice.

We are excited to announce that their latest award-winning film series, Standing on Sacred Ground, is now airing on PBS national public television for your viewing pleasure.

This four-part series highlights stories of eight indigenous communities around the world, which are using ancient wisdom and modern courage to defend human rights and restore the environment in their sacred places – the original protected areas.
